We are currently experiencing a disruption that is impacting Square Point of Sale, causing customer directory entries to not be automatically created during a transaction, or customers in the directory to not be assigned to the sale. We understand how important it is for your business for all of our services to be up and running, and our Engineering team is actively working on a fix.
