Our engineers have implemented a fix for the Square Online syncing issues we saw yesterday and today. Newly created items will now sync without issue, and we're currently in the process of running an automated fix to re-sync a large backlog of existing items. If you're still experiencing issues syncing items between Square and Square Online, rather than wait for the automated solution to be applied to your items, you can manually re-sync an item by completing the following steps:
1. Edit the item in any capacity, then save the changes. This will fix any sync issues for that item. This can be done from either the item listing on the Square Dashboard, or the item listing on the Square Online overview. 2. Once the above step has been performed, feel free to edit the item again to undo any changes made, and save.

We're currently experiencing delays syncing data between Square accounts and Square Online websites. Our engineers have identified the root cause of the issue and are working to restore live syncing as soon as possible. In the meantime, sellers may experience syncing delays between the two platforms. This could potentially impact item inventory count differences between Square and Square Online, as well as checkout link availability. We'll provide another update as soon as we have more to share.
