Some customers are receiving an error message "A required verification method is not supported by this device" when attempting to book an appointment online.
If you receive reports of this error message from your customers, please advise your customer to try again later or use another payment method. Our team confirmed this affects a small number of customers.

We’ve received confirmed reports of issues impacting the Square Appointments.
