We've resolved the earlier disruption that resulted in some sellers seeing previously closed tickets displayed in the open tickets section of Square Point of Sale. We've manually restored these tickets to their previously closed state.

We are currently experiencing a disruption that is resulting in some sellers seeing previously closed tickets displayed in the open tickets section of Square Point of Sale.

Our team is currently working to close the tickets in question on our end. During this time we advise against manually closing these tickets. Doing so may duplicate these orders within your reporting for Square Point of Sale orders. Our team is working to remove these orders from your open tickets. We appreciate your time and patience as we work to resolve this issue.

Our team continues to work to resolve an issue causing previously closed tickets to appear again. For the time being, we advise against manually closing tickets in order to refrain from skewing future reporting of your Square Point of Sale orders.
